I offer traditional talk therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), all tailored to support your unique needs and goals. Available in-person or online.
Mindfulness-based, body-centered approach to psychotherapy utilizing sensorimotor psychotherapy principles and polyvagal theory. *In-person only*
In your first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your goals, and your background. We’ll create a treatment plan together to guide your work, which is required for all new clients. I’ll also explain the process and answer any questions to help you feel comfortable and ready to start. Available in-person or online.
I offer Pilates private training for non-therapy clients seeking a mindful, challenging exercise experience in a one-on-one setting. Each session is tailored to your goals, focusing on mindful movement, strength, and body awareness to support your overall well-being.
I offer individual clinical supervision to associate licensees in Arizona. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Approved Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE), I can provide supervision for associate clinicians pursuing licensure as LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), and LAMFT (Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist).
My supervision supports professional growth and ethical practice.
I offer clinical supervision for supervised private practice Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs). Clinical supervision sessions, documentation review, practice oversight, and required board paperwork are all billed at an hourly rate.
I provide superbills upon request to clients who wish to submit for out-of-network reimbursement with their insurance companies. Please note that I do not work directly with insurance companies, and any reimbursement negotiations or claims are handled solely between you and your insurance provider.
I do not offer complimentary out-of-network billing services or participate in single case agreements.
Superbills are helpful for submitting claims but do not guarantee reimbursement. Whether or not you receive payment depends entirely on the details of your individual insurance plan and benefits.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
