I am extremely grateful for having Megan as a peer, colleague, and friend for many years. Megan approaches therapy and life with a passion, honesty, and open-mindedness that is infectious. Megan believes in her clients' ability to create a better life for themselves, and she makes it her goal to create a safe space for clients to believe in themselves. I have learned and grown a lot through my working relationship with Megan as she encourages everyone around her to be the best version of themselves. Megan's willingness to accompany and support clients through various challenges and stressors makes her an amazing therapist and an asset to the mental health community.
As someone who genuinely hates exercising, training with Megan is a game-changer. She has a relentless focus on the fundamentals, making sure your technique stays sharp—even as you advance—so every movement actually works the muscles it’s meant to. Her "work smarter and harder" approach means no wasted effort or shortcuts, just results. What sets her apart is her commitment to breaking down the “Pilates body” myth—instead, she reminds you that every body is a Pilates body and encourages you to focus on becoming stronger, inside and out. She's funny, relatable, and somehow knows exactly when to push you past your comfort zone with a perfectly-timed sassy remark. You’ll love to hate her during those tough sessions, but you’ll walk out feeling grateful (and maybe a little sore). Ultimately, she’ll help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself—one aligned vertebra at a time.
I have had the pleasure to work alongside Megan as a counselor for several years. She is one of the most passionate and caring therapists I have met. Her counseling style is honest, humorous, and empathetic, but more than that she works hard to make sure her clients have the resources and support they need to be successful outside the therapy session. I was fortunate enough to meet Megan when she mentored me through my internship. Megan is the absolute BEST! She has an incredible way of blending challenge, humor, and education in every Pilates class. Her classes are always fun, rewarding, and full of creative exercises!
